Flora Privacy Policy

Flora is a Dayspark app for logging digestive health information, voice notes, symptoms, food, stress, sleep, and related patterns over time.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Flora may process, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

Flora may process profile details you provide during onboarding, such as condition context, goals, struggles, reminder preferences, and related setup information.

Flora may also process journal entries, typed notes, uploaded voice recordings, transcripts, extracted health data, weekly summaries, and insight records created while using the app.

Flora uses this information to provide journal logging, store entries, transcribe voice notes, generate structured health records, prepare summaries, support subscriptions, and respond to support requests.

The information may also be used to improve reliability, diagnose product issues, and meet legal or operational obligations tied to running the service.

Flora relies on third-party services needed to operate the product. Based on the current implementation, that includes hosted backend infrastructure through Convex and AI processing through OpenAI for transcription and structured extraction tasks.

If paid subscriptions are enabled, purchases will be handled through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, and Dayspark may also use a billing provider to manage subscription entitlements.

Dayspark keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Flora, support users, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

No system can promise absolute security, but Flora is intended to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for the service.

You can contact Dayspark to request support, ask privacy questions, or request deletion of Flora data associated with your use of the service.

Some device-level permissions, such as microphone or speech access, can also be managed through your device settings.
