Flora Terms of Use
These terms describe the boundaries of the Flora service, including medical disclaimers, subscriptions, and acceptable use.
Using Flora
Flora is a Dayspark product for journaling, organizing, and reviewing digestive health information. By using Flora, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
Dayspark may update Flora, add or remove features, or change how the service operates as the product evolves.
Medical disclaimer
Flora is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any insights, summaries, or extracted patterns presented in Flora are informational and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Accounts, access, and acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Flora, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Flora in a way that harms other users, Dayspark, or third-party systems supporting the product.
If Flora later introduces account-based access, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity tied to your account credentials.
Subscriptions and billing
If Flora offers paid subscriptions, purchases will be billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
Trials, prices, billing intervals, renewal timing, cancellation rules, and storefront terms are controlled by the relevant app store listing and your platform account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable store account before renewal.
Where available, prior purchases should be restorable through the in-app restore flow.
Privacy and data handling
Your use of Flora is also subject to the Flora Privacy Policy, which explains how Dayspark and its service providers process information connected to the product.

Availability and limitations
Flora is provided on an as-available basis. Dayspark does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the service will always be free from bugs or downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayspark disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
